Technical Support

Aceline provides incident support for hardware and software issues for both individuals and small businesses. Hardware can fail, software can glitch - that’s the nature of technology over time. The key is to be prepared for those moments by having someone to call for assistance.

Some interruptions are harder to avoid, such as a ransomeware attack. Whether a link was unintentionally clicked, or a user was lured into making a phone call to a bad actor, the loss of control of the technology pales in comparison to the feeling of having one’s privacy and security violated. After immediately disconnecting from the internet and turning off the device(s), a reset becomes necessary - not just for the device, but for the existing network environment and the user’s security awareness. Aceline will help navigate the issue(s), assist with the reset process, and recover essential data, to the best extent possible, which may have been compromised.

ATS does not offer Managed Services - proactive 24/7 monitoring and managing of servers, networks and systems.

However, ATS can offer services through an Availability Retainer - a monthy or annual agreement which prioritizes a client in their time of need. Whether time-based, or access-based, ATS will work with a client to assess their short and long term requirements to determine the bet path forward for a retainer relationship - the benfit of an IT partner at a fraction of the cost of keeping someone on staff.
